PRIVATE PARTY INFORMATION



We hope that the enclosed information will be
a helpful guide for your consideration. I personally guarantee that
our professionally trained staff will go above and beyond your expectations.
We assure you that your event will be one to be remembered. We look

DAMIAN’S PRIVATE DINING GUIDELINES


Our guests enjoy our spacious private rooms. The Italian décor
reminds you of dining in old world Tuscany from our gorgeous landscape
murals, family photos to our roomy tables dressed with white linens.
Our private rooms are fully capable to handle any private function,
business meeting, wedding rehearsal dinner and special occasion.

 
Private Rooms

Roman Room – Maximum seating for 130 people
Sicilian Room – Maximum seating for 70 people ***
Tuscan Room – Maximum seating for 50 people ***
Portofino Room – Maximum seating for 30 people ***
Barpino Room – Maximum seating for 20 people

*** Numbers based on 10 guests per table – using 72” round tables

1. The following minimum expenditures apply – purchases include
liquor, beer, wine and food – tax and 20% gratuity are additional
to the minimum:

Roman Room - $4,000.00 dinner\$2,000.00 lunch
Sicilian Room - $1,900.00 dinner\$900.00 lunch
Tuscan Room - $1200.00 dinner\ $750.00 lunch
Portofino Room - $800.00 dinner\$450.00 lunch
Barpino Room - No minimum required

During the Month of December the following minimums apply:

Roman Room - $5,000.00 dinner\$2,000.00 lunch
Sicilian Room - $2,500.00 dinner\$900.00 lunch
Tuscan Room - $1,800.00 dinner\ $750.00 lunch
Portofino Room – Room is not available for December
Barpino Room - $ 500.00 dinner \ $500.00 lunch


2. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your signed contract along with your
deposit, which willguarantee the room for your date. Deposits become nonrefundable 30 days
prior to the function date.

  • The deposit amount required is $200.00 for lunch and $500.00 for a dinner event.

  • Events booked for the month of December require a $950.00 deposit for lunch and dinner.

3. All food and beverage iwitems must be supplied by Damian’s.
Due to Texas Alcoholic Beverage Regulation, Damian’s cannot
allow alcoholic beverages furnished from outside sources.


4. All menu selections must be finalized no later than two weeks prior to your event.

5. Gratuity is 20% on the total bill excluding tax.


6. Floral arrangements, entertainment, dance floors, podiums, menus,
etc. may be handled and charged through Damian’s or through your
preferred agent, independent of Damian’s. Damian’s will
not assume responsibility for security or storage of special arrangements
not contracted through Damian’s. The following is a limited price
list of these incidentals.

7. There is a valet fee of $1.00 per person. This fee is to supply
the extra personnel necessary to service the event.

8. The number of guests attending must be guaranteed by noon four
days prior to the event.
You will be charged based on this guarantee
plus any additional persons or arrangements made after the deadline.
(We will allow for 10% extra seating above the guaranteed number
of guests.) The guaranteed number of guests must be in writing and
submitted via e-mail or fax.

HELPFUL INFORMATION


The following information will help you to create a successful event.


1. Complete your contact information and contract pages along with your required
deposit in order to secure the space.


2. Contact your Event Coordinator to assist you with planning your menu.


3. Please inform our Event Coordinator of any additional incidentals needed for your
event such as audio visual, centerpieces, linens, candles, dance floor, entertainment or decor.


4. Please let us know the number of guests attending the event four (4) days prior so that we may
inform our Chef.


5. Alcohol Service to consider:


Open bar. Drinks are charged on a consumption basis and paid by
the host.

Well Drinks - Range: $6.50 - $6.75
Call Drinks - Range: $6.75 - $8.50
Premium Drinks: $7.50 - $9.75
Large Martinis - $9.75 - $12.00

Cash Bar – Host pays for the Cash Bar Fee. Guests pay for their drinks.
Cash Bar Fee - $125.00
