DAMIAN’S PRIVATE DINING GUIDELINES


Our guests enjoy our spacious private rooms. The Italian décor reminds you of dining in old world Tuscany from our gorgeous landscape murals and rooms filled with family photos. Our private rooms are fully capable to handle any private function, business meeting, wedding, rehearsal dinner and special occasion.

Private Rooms

Roman Room    –  Maximum seating for 140 people
Sicilian Room    –  Maximum seating for 70 people
Tuscan Room    –  Maximum seating for 50 people
Portofino Room –  Maximum seating for 30 people
Barpino Room   –  Maximum seating for 20 people (Semi-Private)

***Numbers based on 10 guests per table - using 72" round tables

1. The following food and beverage minimums apply - and may include liquor, beer, wine and food - does not include tax and 20% gratuity:

2. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your signed contract along with your deposit, which will guarantee the room for your date. The deposit amount required is $200.00 for lunch and $500.00 for a dinner event. Deposits become non-refundable 30 days prior to the function date and 60 days during the month of December.


Events booked for the month of December require a $1000.00 deposit for lunch and dinner.

3. All food and beverage items must be supplied by Damian's. Due to Texas Alcoholic Beverage Regulation, Damian's cannot allow alcoholic beverages furnished from outside sources.

4. All menu selections must be finalized no later than two (2) weeks prior to your event.

5. Gratuity is 20% on the total bill excluding tax.

6. Floral arrangements, entertainment, dance floors, audio visual needs, menus, etc. may be handled and charged through Damian's or through your preferred agent, independent of Damian's. Damian's will not assume responsibility for security or storage of special arrangements not contracted through Damian's. The following is a limited price list of these incidentals.











7. There is a valet fee of $2.00 per person. This fee is to supply the extra personnel necessary to service the event.

8. The number of guests attending must be guaranteed by noon forty eight (48) hours prior to the event. You will be charged based on this guarantee plus any additional persons or arrangements made after the deadline. (We will allow for 10% extra seating above the guaranteed number of guests.) The guaranteed number of guests must be in writing and submitted via e-mail or fax. There will be a charge for no-shows per guest of $30.00 for lunch and $45.00 for dinner.
