Creamy shrimp bisque in a Tuscan bread bowl

INSALATA TRI COLORE
Arugula, radicchio and endive, parmesan cheese and a lemon vinaigrette

INSALATA DI PEAR
Mixed greens topped with sliced poached pear, gorgonzola cheese and caramelized pecans with a sherry vinaigrette

INSALATA MONA LISA
Mixed greens topped with creamy balsamic dressing, topped with diced tomatoes, sweet roasted almond and feta cheese

Piatti Forti

Choice of:
LINGUINI DI AMORE
Linguini pasta with shrimp, asparagus and sundried tomato in garlic &
oil or marinara

REDFISH RUSSO
Sauteed redfish dusted in mama mandola breadcrumbs topped with grilled shrimp
and julienne tri-colored bell peppers topped with
a caper bianco served with fettuccine alfredo

CHICKEN PICCATA
Sautéed chicken with lemon, fresh parsley and butter served with mixed vegetables

COSTOLETTE ALLA MARSALA
Sautéed 7oz pork chop topped with marsala wine, mushrooms, and prosciutto served over garlic mashed potatoes

FILETTO
8 ounce filet served over a wild mushroom risotto drizzled with a port wine reduction


Dolci

Choice of:
ITALIAN CREAM CAKE
Damian’s classic pecan studded cake with creamy mascarpone filling

ZUCCOTTO
Dark chocolate sponge cake with mascarpone filling

RASPBERRY TART
Biscotti crust topped with fresh raspberries

Cream gelato with layers of chocolate served with vanilla biscotti dipped in chocolate
